Retail customized 1kg color carton with breathable design, size 22×14×9cm, custom logo and artwork printing acceptable. Ten 1kg small boxes are packed into one sturdy 5-ply corrugated export carton (46×28×22cm), which resists extrusion damage during long sea transport. Garlic bulbs are manually arranged layer by layer to avoid splitting and bruising, with ventilation space inside boxes to prevent mold.
Fresh garlic is professionally cured and stored in 0–4℃ cold storage, with 6–8 months shelf life to stop sprouting and rot. We finish sorting, packaging and loading within15 working days after deposit. FOB full container and LCL sea shipment to worldwide major ports are available. Full set of customs documents including phytosanitary certificate, lab test report, certificate of origin and HALAL certificate will be supplied for smooth clearance. MOQ is 15 MT per size, flexible delivery time can be discussed for large bulk orders.
